If you live in South Carolina, you probably already have the SC State Fair on your calendar for October 14-25, 2015.  With rides, fried-everything food, vegetables, quilts, baby ducks, and country music, there is something for everyone.  And did you know that the fair is one of the largest fine art exhibits in the state?  More than 1000 artists enter the juried show each year.  Generous prize money in the professional division attracts some of the top artists in the state.  I’ve heard that this year the lighting and arrangement of the art has been improved, so it should be a fabulous exhibit.

I’m entering my Water Lily Series paintings I and III.    I hope you will stop by the Cantey building and look for my pieces.  Maybe I’ll see you there!
