Happy May Day to you. Thanks for your patience while I’ve been on hiatus. I’ve been sewing and doing volunteer work for Master Gardener certification, but have taken a break from writing. Last weekend, I participated in a plein air painting event with 20 artists in Ridgeway, South Carolina, that marked the beginning of the Arts on the Ridge week. Yarn bombing, literary festival, craft sale, and juried plein air exhibit will be taking place this weekend. See the art exhibits including St. Francis on the Ridge at the Ridgeway Town Hall, Friday, May 5, 2018 from 4-6 pm.
