Well, here it is July.  Hot and humid as usual in the southeastern USA. For the next few weeks, I’m taking it easy with my art. I’m not giving myself any pressure to produce art or talk about it on the blog. I’m appreciating my paintings from travels around the Carolinas in past years. I hope you will enjoy them, too.

This painting was done on location near Lake City, SC. The old barn is no longer standing. I’m glad I had a chance to paint it when I did. Read about the experience here.
