Last fall, my plein air painting group spent a weekend at Edisto (say EH-dis-toe) Beach on the South Carolina coast about halfway between Charleston and Savannah, Georgia. This piece was painted from the dock at Edisto Beach State Park on the last morning. I was interested in the reflections of the grasses and eddies in the water as the tide went out.
