I’m honored to have two of my Fauvist paintings featured in the May/June 2018 issue of Columbia Living magazine along with work by local artists Noelle Brault and Barbara Alston Yongue.  The article by Rachel Haynie introduces the exhibition “Jane Peterson: At Home and Abroad” at Columbia Musem of Art through July 22, 2018.  Haynie draws parallels between the painting journeys of contemporary artists and American Impressionist Peterson’s artistic development which drew inspiration from her travels and schools of Impressionism, Fauvism, and Expressionism.

Pick up a copy of Columbia Living to see the article with pictures of the art or read the text here

“Jane Peterson: At Home and Abroad” will be at Columbia Musem of Art through July 22, 2018.
